I used CRC Mass Air Flow Sensor Cleaner. Cost- $4.99 @ NAPA. The sensor is connected to the intake with 2 screws. My intake setup is a short-ram with K&N cone filter. As you can see, the tiny little sensor was pretty well covered with a black film. I still haven't taken a good ride, but I'll post up any noticable difference. On the can it says, "PROVEN to Gain 4-10 Horsepower at the Wheels!"*

*Test data obtained on a dynamometer at R/T Tuning in Lansdale, PA

Butt dyno results soon to come!

hahahaha...nice. I see that now, I didn't really read it... I was looking at the pictures.

btw... the price to HP ratio is phenominal... Booyah to a can of spray.

I hate to break it to you but that is the IAT sensor. Your maf sensor heated wire is actually up inside that sensor in the top. You'll see it if you look hard enough its like an electrical diode.

If you just cleaned your IAT bulb, you've essentially done nothing :)

I recommend MAF's be cleaned every 10k miles for best performance, sooner if you have an oiled drop in filter (like 5k)

It should be done prior to a tune. I do it with every flash.
