do you have any spread spectrum remote starters?

SST – spread spectrum technology basically means that the system “shoots” out multiple signals in a spread formation instead of in one line.
It’s really a big marketing term than anything.
We use a pseudo-Manchester method. Our signals are longer and gets less corruption for increased range.
SST and Manchester are two of the most popular technologies. Both vary from environment. That’s why sometimes ours get more range in a certain environment, and vice versa.

I am looking at an alarm system and I had a couple quick questions. What is involved with remote starting on manuals, I see that both of those have clutch bypass?
Is there any sort of battery back up available? On my past alarms I had one installed as an accessory. Another thing I had in a past alarm was piezo sirens installed inside the car, are those available as accessories?
Thanks
Gary

Big props to Josh for coming through with a qaulity product at an unbeatable price :)
I got the Z-Pass too. I can open my doors without a remote or key. I also had the starter installed.

It's not any more difficult than the imprezas. You need an extra module and you'll lose one of your keys (use your valet key). I can do the install if you live around my area. I just installed Randy's and install was pretty straight forward. Instructions are a little on the light side though.
