Berge56
08-27-2011, 10:31 PM
look at the graph.... it doesn't hold boost for ****. Right when the car starts making power, the turbo starts falling on it's face. The car is a lot of fun to drive tho, and has plenty of tq.

hiprsha666
08-27-2011, 10:36 PM
Ya, I see what you mean. It is a nice flat power curve though. But with the money you spent on six speed and fully built hybrid I'm sure you can push much higher numbers, and maintain the spool time/flat top end with a different turbo.

Its usually 5.0 volts that throws that code. There are ways around it.

Cold dense air will make for higher maf readings. :) if you hit it you can lower the boost till you dont by logging maf volts or g/s.

As long as you have some good grounding any should work fine. My dad's trailblazer had one NT Power 1400W and one Alpine 1000W with a 1000W Boston Subwoofer. And a capacitor, with stock grounding (which sucks) the speedometer would only dim at night when all the lights were on and the music was really loud.

I miss that truck it was so fun... :(
